(Coronavirus) Patient and Visitor Information
Ramsay Health Care is proud to be supporting the NHS through the COVID 19 pandemic. We have been working together with NHS Trusts across the country to deliver urgent care. Find out more here.
We are open for new referrals and are offering consultations to our patients. Where clinically appropriate, and in line with our criteria, we will be offering face-to-face appointments and diagnostic tests for certain patients.
During COVID 19 we ask that you only attend the hospital if you have been invited to do so. This is to protect all our patients, particularly the most vulnerable as well as our staff. Please click here for information on attending our hospitals during COVID 19.

COVID free pathways
We pro-actively test for, and do not accept Covid-19 positive patients, and deliver care through Covid-free pathways combined with all our staff rigidly following infection prevention and control guidelines.

Patient Testing
All patients having surgery are tested before admission and undertake a period of isolation before their procedure for their own protection, as discussed with their consultant and the hospital.

Staff Testing
All our staff are tested regularly for Covid-19 and we continue to take precautions with all staff wearing personal protective equipment for everyone’s protection.
Our premises are inspected regularly by a trained team of inspectors to ensure we are following best practice guidelines and excellent infection prevention and control.
