Sports Massage at Horton Treatment Centre

Vanessa Coomber visits Horton Treatment Centre to provide Sports Massage to patients.

Vanessa has an ITEC Level 3 qualification in Sports Massage Therapy. Her aim is to work with patients to get the best results possible so they can return to their sport quickly, improve daily life and alleviate swelling, pain and discomfort. She use a series of specialised techniques based on each client’s bespoke treatment, such as; effleurage, deep tissue, myofascial release, pin and stretch, muscle energy techniques, neuromuscular technique, soft tissue release, stretching and joint mobilisation.
